I have been to a lot of of high ends hotel in Manila but this one is by far exceeded my expectations. I don't normally give 5/5 but this one certainly deserves it. Location, is between Parqal (New Mall) & Ayala. Its just right next door. Breakfast is great, gym, play room for kids and swimming pool, mini golf are all on the 5th floor. I get almost the same courtesy for half the price from any high end hotels.

The room was perfectly clean, everything was brand new and the room and the bathroom were so comfortable. It's the perfect place if you need to stay overnight near the airport, in a quiet neighbourhood before or after taking your plane. They have a beautiful and cute rooftop with a gym and also a bar/restaurant. The staff there was amazing, they even offered us a cocktail. The next day, we had our plane a bit later in the afternoon and they nicely let us stay in our room after the usual check-out time, it was very convenient. If you're travelling from Europe, you'll be astonished by how Filipinos are welcoming, especially at this Residence. Everything was better than we could have expected!

The parking space is limited,I see there are 4 space in front of the hotel which is free ,when we get there they are all occupied so we parked at the hotel underground parking with a charge of 150 ps for one night ,I think it’s worth for the safety and also convenient because there is elevator from the underground parking to the reception and the rooms . There are all kinds of restaurants and stores and supermarkets around the hotel in walking distance.
