The location was perfect for traveling out of Heathrow. The hotel was very modern, the room extremely comfortable, and the Runway Bar was a treat. The restaurant was surprisingly good for a big chain restaurant. Our server, Girish, was a pleasure.

I booked this as I had a fairly early flight which I thought would go from T3 (but it went from T5!). Anyway - if I were to stay around the airport again I'm not sure it's good value for money despite the convenience - compared with other options available - as you still have to either get the Heathrow Express (free connection) or walk quite a distance from T3/T2 train/underground station as the hotel is really at T2. Heathrow is a bit of a maze anyway - it's a big sprawling airport, and the signage to the hotel was a bit confusing - however the link to the YouTube video that was attached to my booking was SUPER helpful and I'd advise anyone moving through terminals to the hotel to watch it. The hotel itself is lovely and staff were great - I just felt I'd spent a lot of money for a convenience that ended up not being so convenient in the end.

Perfect for pre flight ( or post flight) stay for Heathrow.
Perfect for pre flight ( or post flight) stay for Heathrow. 4 mins to Terminal 3. Lovely welcoming lobby & staff. Delicious meals ( and great service) in the Markeylt Garden Restaurant. Thoroughly recommend. We booked a taxi (£17) for the airport as it was only £4 more than the bus would have been. Bus stops every 30 mins.

The most convenient solution for overnight stays to catch a flight in LHR for early next morning. Our flight was very early so we didn't get a chance to see how the breakfast is, so I cannot comment on that, even though it would have been even pricier to add 2 breakfasts.

It's not an inexpensive hotel but so convenient for Terminal 2. I was able to leave hand luggage in the hotel, check in my large suitcase and then go back for breakfast. Room and food good. I'd stay here again if using T2
I loved my stay! Miguel and the general manager(my apologies for not getting his name!) we're absolutely amazing! Helpful and very accommodating! The interior of the hotel was breathtaking, I was not expecting it to be so beautiful! It is close to the airport so it's very convenient and the staff were VERY attentive to everyone! The staff helped with transportation as well. This is a
must stay! There was one instance in which I had to say to stop spoiling me LOL! I will stay here every time I'm in London!
The apartment location is quite convenient. It's 10-15 mins walk into town centre and uxbridge town centre. It has fish and chips dining next door, if you're into that.
There is parking space available although I didn't use it.
You've Netflix and amazon prime available on TV, which was a bonus.
The kitchen has all the necessary utensile and white goods to make your stay comfortable. The lounge had ample seating space along with dining table.
4 adults can easily sleep in 2 double beds.
Ibis Hotel Heathrow is a great place to stay. Very nice and helpful staffs, very clean room and very welcoming lobby area. Location is perfect for travelling to Heathrow, 10 mins by bus. Good public transport both to Heathrow and towards Central London.
Breakfast was nice but pretty basic, I wish they could add more fruits to go with cereals. Mushrooms was always ran out and was not refilled. But staffs were always very polite and always ready to help.
Value for your money. Good budget hotel near London-Heathrow Int'l Airport. Perfect for layovers or if you're staying in London for just 1-2 nights for business with a little time spent at the hotel. Rooms are quiet, clean and spacious enough for the luggage. Beds and washroom are good. Staff members are polite and check-in process in fast and smooth. I highly recommend this hotel.
superb staff and excellent handling from the very first moment. our room was a 2+ apartment, living/dining + bedroom. Comfortable, good A/C, good noise insulation, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom. And the location was simply perfect with easy access to central London. Hayes is the last stop for Oyster card validity! Very generous breakfast.
Very nice spacious and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast that was constantly replenished by very pleasant workers. All workers at the hotel were were very pleasant. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you to the main bus depot at LHR terminal 2. It is easy to use the Tube to travel into London city.
The Staycity Aparthotels upgraded our room to a one-bedroom apartment instead of the studio.
This was a big surprise for us, thank you so much.
-fully equipped kitchen
-absolutely clean everywhere
-spacious, the two sleeping area (bedroom and the studio with the kitchen) each has its own door
-big and nice bathroom
Very friendly staff! Clean room and clean facilities. Loved the last minute accommodation and the proximity to the Airport! Good value for the money. Will definitely book again and recommend this hotel if you need a nice, clean place to stay close to Heathrow Airport in London :)
Rooms and hotel very clean, first stay at a Marriott and would be happy to book one again based on my experience at this London Heathrow one. Located on a road of many different hotels, restaurant on-site is excellent. WeKnow taxi service is also on-site which is helpful.
This hotel is all about location! You literally walk 5 minutes from Heathrow Airport. No transportation needed! It is also walkable to the metro line that takes you central London. Perfect!
The hotel was spotlessly clean and had a free hot breakfast
It is a cheap hotel but it was way better than I expected. Nice service, clean room. Fantastic location walking distance from the tube and restaurants. Sainsbury's next door. Great base for all the London trips on the budget. We will be using it again.
The bed was just amazing! So comfortable! The linen and towels smelt really good. Very clean and spacious room, quiet and friendly staff. Housekeeping is very accommodating. This hotel is at the top of the list of my favorite hotels in London Heathrow.
We were flying out of T3, but liked this hotel’s location in T5. Used Heathrow Express and Elizabeth line for easy access to central London. Transfer to T3 on day of flight was straightforward.
Despite the airport location, we didn’t hear any noise.
2+2+1 beds in single room. Was given 1 extra blanket after asked. Quite good location to travel with local bus to Uxbridge Center -> London Center using underground (45 min, every 20 minutes). 30 minutes away from mini-zoo (capibara) with city bus.
This very basic hotel is located 4 miles from Heathrow Airport terminal 5 right on Bus Route 350 which costs $2 payable by credit card, or spend $30 by London Black Cab. There are ethnic restaurants close by plus the train station is an easy walk.
Great location, booked it because it was so close to terminal two Heathrow,5 mins in a taxi. The hotel is modern and has a lovely bar/restaurant area. The room are spacious enough and we had a family room with a king and double bed.
The location was close to the bus stop which was maybe 10 minutes from the Uxbridge tube station. The area itself is nothing special at all other than being close to the tube station we needed.
